pink with dark brown/black furniture would be a much more relaxing place to hang out in.
Blue and white might begin to feel like a hospital.
blue walla w white furniture..its modern but not too young.. pink and brown sound too youngish
id go with the pink walls and black furniture…pink and black look awesome together. and i think that white furniture is just bad cuz it can get real dirty looking real fast.
bule most def with black furniture
1) the blue and white combination would be my preference
2) either. Your accessories, pitcures, ect..would most
likley reflect that college girl look
3) I believe that brown/black furniture is generally easier
to find. The white furniture I’ve seen is usually white
leather or wicker..both which can be kind of pricey.
Good luck and have fun decorating!
Brown and Pink are very college girl, and would be easy to find accessories for, and very cute.
The blue walls and white furniture sound really nice, very classic, but not really for a college girl, but equally easy to find accessories for.
I vote pink and brown.
but you may want to do like a dark pink on the lower half of your wall, very light pink on the top half and a dark brown strip, that matches your furnature, in the middle.
i think light pink walls with dark brown furniture would be better compared to blue walls with white furniture..but don’t you think pink walls with white or creamish furniture would look more cheerful? it is only a suggestion….
I like the blue walls with white furniture. It could be college girl looking if you choose a pretty bold blue like cobalt or electric blue. Powder blue would be older looking.
If you do pink walls, I think pink looks better with blond furniture (or white but that might be too young looking like a little girl), versus dark.
If you do a medium to deep blue, you could accessorize it with red & yellow pillows to go with a “primary colors” scheme, or black for a modern look.
I think the Pink and the dark brown would be the best option, much more trendy and more suitable for an older girl plus there are loads of bedding and accessories out there in those colours, so will be easy to match.
I would go for blue wall with white furniture because the pink one look more college girl unless that what your trying to achieve.
I like the blue and white much better. Blue is more soothing for a bedroom and more sophisticated too. You could also use black furniture with blue walls and add white and navy accents.
pink walls and dark brown/black furnitures would be better. It would be easier of it’s light-dark combination.
I think Blue & white combination will pass the test for your 3 questions
1. I think Pink and chocolate brown go fantastically together. Light blue and brown too!
2. The pink is definitely “girly girl,” while the brown makes it more grown up and sophisticated.
3. I think either would be easier for accessories. White and Brown are pretty common, but it might be hard to match the pink or blue shades.
IMHO – white furniture either looks childish, grungy, or cheap tacky.
play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the “painted” rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I personally would choose a blue like “mariner” (# 6766) with the white furniture. It would look very summery & relaxing – like being at the swimming pool.
college girl
and yes i want her with all those "extras"
kinky..
