Dark brown bed frame with white furniture?

Question by soul_mateys: Dark brown bed frame with white furniture?
Can a dark brown stained bed frame and headboard (with pink quilt) go with white bedroom furniture, like a white dresser, wardrobe and nightstand, as long as there are other dark brown elements in the room (like picture frames, etc.)?

yes but i would be sure to do dark curtains also – ad find one or two things with dark brown and pink to sit on the dresser or near the bed on the night stand even if its pink flowers on a brown vase -

   I think that you should do that. A contrast between colors is always good. Another thing you can do is instead of buying one large mirror, you could have a lot of little ones in different colors. Definetley a good thing to do. Just try not to make your room to dark, if thats not what you want.

   White is a color that goes with everything, so of course, but I would also try to incorporate some pink in there as well. Maybe with a nice quilt or fluffy bed pillows or even some pink sheer panels on the windows, better yet just use a nice valence.
