Like children’s wooden furniture is often painted white.
But I am going to redo my room when we move, and i was thinking about doing a white/black/ splash of bright colors, color scheme. so i was thinking about white wooden furniture. Would that look like a child’s room?

possibly. it could also possibly look country especially if it is distressed, even slightly. sometimes white furniture looks great, if it is well protected with polyurethane and kept clean and has nice pulls/knobs. if you have bright colors you might be able to “get away” with more flaws because all the attention’s gonna be on the colored items. don’t get cheap furniture and paint it white because generally it cheapens the look even further wasting time and money. buy items with a mature vibe (but not an old vibe) so it won’t look too young

That would look good, just don’t over do it. White wooden furniture never childish (well depends on how you decorate it).
When I think of white furniture I think of a little girls room first then I think of light fresh colors. That are relaxing like at a beach or cottage. I think when used with the right colors it could be great and calm to use in adult bedroom.
